Bounce Around Jersey Ltd has the right to change the Terms and prices when needs be and only confirmed bookings will have no
price or Terms altered.

Parent or Guardian looking after younger children must be 18yrs or older to accept responsibility. The Hirer must be 18yrs or older to book an inflatable or Space Hoppers. The Hirer will, during the period of hiring be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, inflatable(s) and any supporting equipment. It’s care, safety from damage however slight of any sort and of the behaviour of all persons of all ages using the equipment whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children to ensure children under school age use the equipment separately to older children or adults.
Maximum Age, Please see (sample) each unit as advice and rules are different to every inflatable unit(s) including Space Hoppers. Failure to observe this limit at any time during the hire period (including over night) will render the hirer liable for associated repair costs.

The Hirer, shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that described in the hiring agreement, and shall not be sub-hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way, nor allow anyone onto the equipment  wearing shoes, spectacles (glasses), carrying sharp objects, key-rings, metal studded clothing, or any other similar items that may cause damage to others or the equipment. Strictly no food, drink or chewing gum is to be taken onto or consumed on the equipment. No party poppers streamers, silly string, confetti cannons should be taken, thrown or used around any of
the hired equipment’s. These materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate Bounce Around Jersey Ltd in the event of damage.

The Hirer, shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment, trailer(s) and agree it is supplied in good condition unless he or she brings to the immediate attention of Bounce Around Jersey Ltd when it is set up and checked by the HIRER when coming in to possession of the equipment any faults noted by the HIRER.

Hire Period, Unless otherwise agreed (in writing/email) is from delivery until/or after at the discretion of Bounce Around Jersey Ltd.  Any obstruction by the hirer or their guests causing unnecessary delay will be charged
£35 per hour (rounded up to hr) this also applies to ball pits where balls are not bagged and ready plus Space Hoppers and any other equipment.
PLI, is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury/burns to any third party employee whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs or alcohol. Bounce Around Jersey Ltd excludes any liability for injury loss or damage caused to any person or equipment contrary to the terms and conditions of this contract. Acrobatics, Summersaults or other dangerous moves are not allowed at all on any of the inflatable’s. 

Sickness, If anyone attending the event is sick on a inflatable, the HIRER is responsible and must turn the ride off. they must contact us straight away as we need to ‘bio-clean’ the whole ride. This will be at the expense of the HIRER.

Rain, If a castle/inflatable is outside and it rains, the ride must be stopped, cleared, deflated and folded in half. When rain stops the inflatable can be turned on and must be allowed to dry fully before used by the public.
Payment, This must be done on the day in full by either cash or bank transfer unless other arrangements have been agreed by email prior to the hire period.

Cancellation, you can cancel at anytime up to 24hours before your party date but we ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that we can hire out your castle to someone else. If no notice is given you may incur a 100% cancellation fee (ie cancellation on the day for any reason other than bad weather conditions or if we are on our way or have arrived at the destination.)

For large equipment such as Beast, Fossball and Slide. Because the equipment requires a lot of set up etc and there are only limited dates for it's use we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees based on the length of
time until the party start date as follows: Up to 1 month - 85%. Up to 2 weeks - 90%. Up to Up to 1 week - 95%. Less than 1 week: 100%.

It is strongly recommended that the Hirer takes out Event Insurance to cover cancellation charges.
